At Learn with Ritha, I am committed to providing high-quality tutoring that meets each student’s needs. To ensure clarity and fairness:

1. Session Cancellations

   • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for canceling or rescheduling a session.

   • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice is not eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds

   • Refunds are available for prepaid sessions only if the session is canceled by me due to unforeseen circumstances.

   • In the event of a student cancellation with sufficient notice (24 hours), sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

3. No-Show Policy

   • If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

4. Payment Methods

   • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.​

   • For tutoring sessions, clients have two payment options:

     • Pay-as-you-go: Payment is due before each session.

     • Monthly billing: Full payment for all sessions in the month is due by the last day of each month.

   • If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be added for each day the payment is late. Please note that continued late payments may result in a pause or cancellation of tutoring services.
