Terms & Conditions

Learn with Ritha provides tutoring sessions for students from Grade 3 to university level.

Sessions are tailored to each student’s individual learning needs.

Scheduling:

• Sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Payment:

• Payments are accepted via Interac e-Transfer or cash(in-person sessions only).

• Payment is required before or at the start of the session, unless weekly/monthly sessions.

Refunds and Cancellations:

• Sessions canceled by the student with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

• Sessions canceled by the tutor due to unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled or refunded.

Student Conduct:

• Students are expected to participate respectfully and follow the session guidelines.

• Disruptive behavior may result in the session being terminated without refund.

Liability:

• Learn with Ritha is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages related to tutoring services.

• Academic results cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to support student learning.

Privacy:

• Student information is kept strictly confidential and used only for tutoring purposes.

Modifications:

• These terms may be updated occasionally. Changes will be communicated via email or on the website.
